Our prices are quoted in USD nett, and no commissions are offered. Tour and other services are quoted on a per person in twin-share basis. Single supplements will apply to individual travelers wishing to stay in a single room.
Policy for Children
Children under 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who is a parent or a legal guardian. In the absence of such persons, written permission from them is required.
Under 2 years – free of charge for land tour, 10% charge for airfare.
From 3 to 11 years – 50% discount on land tour service if sharing bed with parents. An extra bed is fully charged as an adult. 10% discount on domestic air tickets.
From 12 years pay full adult prices
Reservations and Confirmation
All reservations must be made in writing via our official website or email address
All reservation requests will be handled/replied to within 24 hours. We will inform you in case we are unable to process your requests by the specified time frame.
Final tour confirmation, eticket, voucher (if any) to be provided via email by Lotusreiser one week prior to your departure date.
All clients must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentations are at the sole responsibility of the clients. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentations upon request. Lotusreiser accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
A passport with more than 6 months of validity remaining is compulsory. Kindly make sure that the passport has enough blank page(s) for the visa or entry/exit stamp(s).

How to pay: One booking confirmed, a secured payment link to be sent to your email. You just need to fill up your credit card info and approve the payment. Done within some minute!
In case you wish to make amendments to your booking, no charge will be applied if the amendments are not close to the deadline for cancellation (see cancellation policy). When an amendment is made, the tour cost may change and the new price will apply.
Cancellation by Customers
In the event of cancellation, Lotusreiser will not impose any charges since we strive to provide the best service and experience to our customers. However, if hotels or transportation contractors apply charges for cancellation, you will have to pay those charges that apply. Cancellation policies vary depending upon the type of service, the time of year, and the reason for cancellation. We will pass on all details of any cancellation policy to you with our reply upon demand.
Amendments or Cancellation by us
In case of a force majeure event such as a flight delay, an act of God, or act of governments, we reserve the right to alter or cancel the confirmed trip.
Vietnamstay, using its best efforts, will seek the best solutions and arrange similar or alternative options. However, it is not easy to provide other services at the same price, so if the new cost is less than the prepaid one, we will refund the difference. Likewise, if the new cost is higher than the previously confirmed one, you will be required to pay the difference.
Check in & Check out time
Regular hotel check in time is after 14.00, check out before 12.00. Early check-in/ Late check-out is not included in the tour prices
Early check-in or late check-out time is subject to availability and with additional charge. Let us know beforehand check in & check out time you expect for proper arrangement.
Claims and Refunds
Cancellations and amendments for unused services that do not fall under the cancellation policy above are refundable.
All claims must be in writing only and must be received by Lotusreiser no later than 30 days after the last day of the trip.
Refunds and their methods will be made as agreed upon between you and Vietnamstay.com for unused services and timely cancellations. Again, we will not charge you any amount for our work, however, bank fees if applicable, will be from your account.
Except in situations beyond human control, Lotus Reiser will be held responsible for any additional expense resulting from the change caused by us in itinerary, transportation, accommodation.
However, Lotus Reiser cannot be held responsible for denied boarding, nor for additional costs occurred due to the situations beyond human control.
The detailed program and schedule flights are subject to changes by airline without prior notice and in accordance with the weather conditions and daily operation of flights. Consequently, itinerary concerned might be adjusted. If this occurs, Lotus Reiser will endeavour to secure the alternative arrangements.
Lotusreiser strongly recommends that all travelers obtain travel and health insurance before taking any of our tours. Insurance is not included in our tour cost.
Guests with Disabilities/Special Diets
Guests with disabilities are welcomed at Vietnamstay. Any person requiring special services, assistance, equipment or accommodations must advise our staff at the time of reservation. The Company reserves the right to reject requested accommodations that are not readily achievable. Guests using wheelchairs must be accompanied by a companion.
If guests have special dietary needs, we must be advised at the time of booking or, at the latest, 5 days before departure. Every effort will be made to comply.
Travelers should understand that Lotusreiser may take photographs during tours for marketing and promotional purposes. Our guide will always ask your permission before taking your photo. However, we understand your right to privacy, so if you prefer not to have your photo taken, please let the guide know when he asks.
Lotusreiser commits to you that any of your personal information that we receive from you through the booking process will not be used for any other purpose than for travel services related to your trip to our destinations.
The price of the trip does not include gratuity, as it is an individual matter, and the gratuity system is part of the culture that you choose to visit and which you should therefore respect.
Local guides and drivers are expected to receive a certain amount of gratuity during the journey, as wages in the service industry are often matched accordingly.
Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with the services you received, do not tip. Furthermore, please report any services and behaviors that you think not live up to standard to our office at your earliest convenience so we can make corrections promptly. It is crucial for us to maintain a high level of quality services.
